I walk. A lot.
Just like I do; to the park, around the store, with the dogs, and all around my house chasing Hadley around. When you’re a parent, unfortunately, you don’t always have the time to get to the gym, so any exercise can only help you, right?
Keep it simple.
When it comes to grocery shopping, I tend not to wander too much from my list and just keep all my usual meals as easy as possible. You’d be surprised at how many different meals you can make with just your basic veggies! (i.e lettuce, spinach, celery, carrots, potatoes, and onions; and yes, I do buy these almost every single time.)
Zzzzzzzz….
The big one. The obvious one. Aaaaaand the most neglected one. Getting enough sleep is probably the most vital habit to have to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Although it’s hard to do sometimes, always try to get at least 8 hours each night. (Or, if you’re a night owl like me, nap when you can!)
